The FreeStar5G is a unique mmWave distributed antenna system specifically designed to meet the challenges of the 5G world — delivering high data rate communications at virtually any frequency at a fraction of the size and cost of existing state-of-the-art solutions.

360° Wide Area Access

Full spherical coverage with a single unit. Instantaneous 22-degree coverage at any antenna element, or full 360-degree beamwidth across the entire array.

Ultra-Fast Beam Switching

Fixed beam design switched in nanoseconds without moving parts. Supports single or multi-user MIMO with no phase shifters required.

Extended Range

Exceptional mmWave coverage exceeding 10,000 ft at 64 QAM — far beyond what traditional phased array systems can achieve.

3D MIMO Coverage

Connect up to 4 radios to 64 individual antenna elements. Multi-beam operation provides MIMO multiplexing through both LOS and NLOS reflective paths.

Low Power Design

Each individual antenna element can be switched on and off in nanoseconds, dramatically reducing power consumption versus traditional planar array solutions.

Modular Architecture

Compact 16" × 14" × 13" form factor under 35 lbs. Adaptable to a variety of frequencies from 24 GHz to 39 GHz and diverse deployment environments.

Fiber-Over-the-Air Performance
